Best service, great products and best prices. Bought everything for my reno from here and I won't go anywhere else after this
Don’t do it
We have bought a number of Artusi appliances, which have been fantastic value for money.
There is a serious flaw with this particular oven. We have had four service visits. The issue has been the cooling fan doesn’t kick in, the device overheats, then turns off the oven for protection (though light stays on) and appears to not reach temperature.
After three service visits/repairs, the cooling fan was working, but oven still didn’t reach maximum heat.
After fourth visit last of electronics has been component is replaced and cooling fan has stopped kicking in, so we are back to square one.
Terrible
Doesn’t hear properly. What used to cook on 180 degrees in my old 20 year old oven now only warms at 180 degrees in this oven. Probably will notice more electricity used on this as you have to turn it up to the highest setting to cook anything. A mistake to buy this one.
