Still can't use
Appliances Online was very quick with delivery within 24 hours from order. Dehumidifier however came missing essential filter. Phone call an hour or so after receipt and I have to call DeLonghi myself to have filter sent. AO manager wouldn't do anything to expedite fulfilling completing the order. And DeLonghi was no better, 3 phone calls in with advice of expect it in 3-10 business days.... it's been almost a month. Can't review actual dehumidifier since it's still sitting in my living room without a filter unused.
