HEATS AS WELL AS IT LOOKS
This is the 3rd Dimplex Ritz Heater we've had over the past 15 years and have continued with the same one given its traditional design and heat output. The flame is incredibly realistic - so much so that when a real estate representative came to give our house a valuation he commented on the great 'solid fuel stove' we had (the RITZ is backed by a flue that remains in place from a previous wood stove we had and tends to add to that atmosphere). Improvements such as the thermostat and the remote control make life that much easier than the earlier models and they worked flawlessly. The heater adequately covers our small combined lounge/ kitchen mostly on the first setting and operates very quietly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Appliances Online deserve a special mention as they matched another advertised price and delivered to Canberra early the next morning after a late afternoon order the previous day. Surprised, given that it was even better than Amazon Prime! WELL DONE!
Perfect fake log fire
Provides the perfect ambience and warmth. Thermostat works well and remote helps turn off at night. Very realistic!
Great buy.
Very pleased with my Dimplex electric fire. The log burner effect is very authentic and the fan sends out a satisfying heat. Very impressive service also.
