Damaged fridge
The fridge originally arrived full of dents, we sent it back and requested a new fridge.
The new fridge arrived and was also full of dents, the driver said we should keep it and request a a new fridge or discount from Appliances online as we needed the fridge and couldn't afford to wait for another one to be sent out.
We emailed Appliances online 2-3 weeks ago asking them to please advise how we can get a new fridge or commercial discount given the damage to the fridge but so far they have been unresponsive, except for the review email that was sent today asking what we thought of the fridge.
It is pretty disappointing that a company that prides themselves on customer service and next day delivery has missed the bar by so much in this transaction
Would appreciate customer service making contact when they have time.
Great value for money
The entire ordering experience was quick and easy. From speaking on the phone and getting good advice. Delivery guys were great and made my painful experience of moving smoother.The freezer would benefit with room for an ice tray . Good size fridge for 1 person, another shelve would be useful. Looks very sleek and not cheap

Fairly good quality
I recently moved into a new apartment and needed a new fridge. Originally I wanted a Samsung model, but it had sold out from Appliances Online, and every other retailer. I decided not to wait, and instead find something similar. I settled on the Euromaid because of the size, capacity, and dark stainless steel finish.
It cools and freezes well, is quiet, and the shelf space is quite good. The crisper compartment isn't great, as the compartment has gaps in the corners. Certain vegetables didn't keep well at all.
