Was suggested by a friend that I look at Jura when my Nespresso machine started playing up. I had never heard of them before. I went along to the electrical store and was sold at once. The ability to program virtually endless coffee types to suit different people and save them for future use is amazing, as is the ability to tweak the settings on the fly when producing that coffee. We started with the glass milk ug which is great but after I smashed it I upgraded to the milk fridge that sits next to the coffee machine and keeps the milk at fridge temperature and ready to go, making it even easier to make a coffee. My only issue is the amount of water that is used for other than making coffee, leading to a large amount of water that goes through the filter which is not used for coffee making, must used for flushing which is on top of cleaning cycles.

It is so versatile, you can make virtually any coffee, hot or cold. Never misses a beat and produces top notch coffee every time.
