So real looking
I want to say thank you for staying on the phone with me to find me the right trim kit to fit the Redstone 36". I installed it in and existing fireplace. The order came super-fast. The service was awesome, trim kit was easy and fit perfect. My wife was unsure about an electric fireplace, she is in love with it the flames are so real looking, and the heat is perfect to take the chill out of the room. What a nice modern look to our 30-year home.
It's a really great fireplace
It really was plug and play. Fit exactly and looks good easy to use controls. They should work on the shipping package though. It arrived slightly damaged looks like somebody would beat the box up pretty good to do so but the minor cosmetic damage we were able to repair. Make sure if you get one you check it if the box is damaged! Really great fireplace for the money though.
