Removal & Recycling

Feel good knowing that at Winning Services we help customers to recycle or repurpose their old appliances, mattresses, and product packaging. We offer free removal and recycling for customers in our delivery area (Auckland, Hamilton, Whangarei, Tauranga and The Mount) when you purchase a new product from us. Our delivery team will pick up your old item and bring it back to our local distribution centre. From there, we work with All Heart NZ using their ReDirect, RePurpose and ReThink program, where products go to communities in need or, where possible, are safely and responsibly recycled. To date, All Heart NZ has diverted over 4774 tonnes of goods from landfill and helped more than 466 communities across Aotearoa. Winning Services has become the first business in New Zealand to offer our customers a mattress recycling solution, diverting as much as 77% from landfill. 


Awareness & Education

We aspire to create a strong culture of empowering individuals and raising social and environmental awareness at Winning Services. By providing opportunities for training, engagement, self-knowledge, mastery, and recognition, we can help our teams and customers better understand sustainability and how their actions make a difference.


Charity & Giving

We give back to build happy and resilient communities and contribute to improve homelessness, health, youth, reconciliation, and the environment, by contributing to and engaging with various organizations such as our sustainability partner All Heart NZ. Winning Services, as All Heart NZ’s Impact Partner, has made an ongoing commitment to further our sustainability efforts both environmentally and socially through practical steps to reduce poverty, increase access to education, and provide well-being services by using All Heart NZ’s services and approach to Redirect, Repurpose, and Rethink


Responsible Sourcing 

Whether it’s shopping with us, working in our operations or being a supplier to our business, we want our stakeholders to know that we are actively working to manage and mitigate any negative social and environmental impacts of our supply chain. We are fully committed and hope this to be a path of collaboration and shared responsibility, to work towards traceability and transparency in the supply chain.
