It's a slow cooker
Whlie in store we coud not find any manuals on line so After buying this item getting home and reading the manual to find that there is no provision for cleaning in the dish washer unlike other brands but they also cracked ( maybe from being put in the dishwasher).
The only pro over another brand that were bigger(.5 ltr) was I found the style of the knob was slightly easier to see the position, but it still sticks out and has no power light.
