How can I benefit from Andoo’s Best Price Guarantee?
We can help you with price match enquiries by contacting us here. All you need to do is make a note of the price and the New Zealand retailer where you have found it, and we will do our best to match it.
What are the product requirements?
The product must be currently listed on the Andoo website.
The product must be identical and brand new in the box.
The product must be in stock or readily available from an authorised New Zealand vendor. This means products advertised on auction sites, group buying sites, clearance sites, daily deals sites are not eligible. Run-out stock, grey imports, or products from wholesale distributors are also not eligible.
What are the price requirements?
The price must be publicly advertised within the last 14 days. Andoo does not price match any products displayed on auction websites (auction or buy it now prices).
The final price must include all costs, including any shipping charges or additional fees. If the advertised price is for pick-up only, we reserve the right to charge a delivery service fee.
If the price includes services we don't provide, we will still match the price, but may not provide the additional services.
