GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.This offer is only open to customers residing in New Zealand.

2.Exclusive offer valid for purchases made from 1st June 2026 - 31st July 2026.

3.Redemption is valid only for the purchases of defined Billi systems included on the marketing material enclosed within and/or listed on the Billi website (https://www.billi.co.nz/promotions). A full list of eligible SKUs is provided below.4.Redemption period closes 30th August 2026 unless otherwise advised.

5.Redemption is limited to a quantity of one cashback & one installation claim per customer unless otherwise defined.

6.Offer available while stocks last.

7.Bonus offers are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or any other benefit.

8.Products purchased through any discount clearance centre OR that have been advertised as seconds are ineligible for additional promotional offers including but not limited to redemptions, free installations, gifts and cash backs.

9.This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer,unless otherwise advised. Commercial quantities, project sales, or purchases made through Billi’s online web shop are ineligible.

10.A valid tax invoice including product serial number (where available) is required for all redemptions. Order confirmation emails, unfulfilled purchase orders, or schedules of purchase are not accepted. The purchase date on the final tax invoice will be recognised as the date of purchase.

Installation Requirements

1.Standard Installation requires sufficient power and plumbing supply to be in place before the agreed installation date.

2.Billi technicians will not be able to perform additional plumbing or electrical works outside of the standard installation. Any additional works must be completed by qualified tradespeople prior to installation, at the customer’s expense.

3.Please refer to the relevant product Installation Guide and DataSheet for full requirements (https://www.billi.co.nz/technical-documents/).

4.For Billi’s Multifunction Mixer Tap installations, three separate stop taps must be available – one for hot water and two for cold water –before installation can take place.

5.Failure to prepare the site as required will result in a callout fee for any and each re-attendance required.

Benchtop & Stone Limitations

6.Standard Installation does not include cutting granite, stone, or benchtops thicker than 48mm.

7.Due to new silica safety regulations, Billi technicians cannot perform cutting works on any stone material. Customers are responsible for engaging a qualified stonemason at their own expense if such modifications are required.

8.Font installations are not included in this offer and will be at an additional cost.

Parts & Materials

9.If extra parts (such as extension kits, replacement valves, orconnections) are required during installation, these will be supplied at the customer’s expense.

Locations & Timing

10.Bonus Standard Installation is available in metropolitan areas of New Zealand.

11.Requests for installations outside these areas will be considered ona case-by-case basis.

12.Installation must be completed within 12 months of approved redemption and no later than 31st December 2026.

13.Typical lead times for most areas are 2–4 weeks, however these may vary and cannot be guaranteed.
