At the time of delivery, our Winning Services Team can also remove your old products and all of the packaging FREE. All you need to do is add the 'removal of old products' option during the checkout process. If you haven't purchased something from us but would still like to take advantage of this service, you can order our paid removal service. In either case, we recycle and repurpose your old appliances and mattresses. Check out our sustainability program here—it's a first for New Zealand! Our haul away service aims to not only be convenient but good for you and the planet.

Notes:

- Old appliances, furniture or mattresses being removed must be similar to the new delivered appliance, furniture or mattress.

- Removal must be done at the delivery location of your order.

- Where we've fulfilled a free connection and/or assembly of a product, we're happy to take away the packaging for recycling.

- All products for removal and disposal must be (where applicable) disconnected from all water, electrical, and gas supplies by you or your contractor in advance of the appliance being removed. All gas disconnections must have been performed by a licensed plumber. All hardwired electrical disconnections must be done by a licenced electrician.

- Removed goods are deemed to have zero value and become our property. We may dispose of them as we see fit.
